Major General Albert Stubblebine III was a highly decorated U.S. Army officer who served for 32 years, rising to the rank of Major General before retiring in 1984. He was known for his intelligence and skill in military intelligence and psychological warfare.
Stubblebine was the commanding general of the United States Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) from 1981 to 1984, where he oversaw a wide range of intelligence activities. He also served as the commander of the U.S. Army's Electronic Research and Development Command.
